HR Communications Content Specialist

Overview Working within the company's Life Sciences Solutions Group (LSG), the Temporary Communications Project Specialist will support projects led by the LSG Change Communications function and the LSG Content and Channels function. The Job We are looking for an individual to fill a temporary position to assist on a variety of change management and communications related projects leveraging your advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. We are looking for someone who can jump in and partner with the team to be the person to get these projects done. In this role you'll have the opportunity to develop and maintain key dashboards for the change communication portfolio, maintain intranet content for the broader LSG change resource site and assist with project's that support the team's initiatives across the company. Your expert Microsoft Excel and data entry skills will be needed to build out an Excel workbook and project portfolio management dashboard. You will validate and build out our company-wide site communication list. You will assist with PowerPoint templates and folder document organization. Essential Duties Complete the Excel-based Change Communications Project Portfolio Dashboard and enter in all project and resource data for the LSG portfolio for 2019/2020 Complete the LSG Site Communications Distribution List project for the Channels and Content function Support the LSG Change Communications iConnect site development and self-help resources Support the transfer of the LSG Change Communications toolkit to the LSG Change Communications iConnect site Support the execution of various critical projects as determined by the LSG Change Communications Director Requirements Excellent project management skills Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Advanced to expert level skills in Microsoft Excel (experience writing macros, developing templates and/or using pivot tables) Excellent written, verbal, online and in-person communicator Attention to detail A team player with a sense of humor and is resourceful
