This role translates brand strategy and campaign direction into clear, compelling content that drives engagement, traffic, and conversion.Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, Creative, and DTC teams, this role ensures content is delivered on time, on brand, and optimized for performance across email, social media, eCommerce, and Amazon. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple content workflows in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Planning & CoordinationSupport execution of the marketing content calendar across email, social, and DTC channelsTranslate campaign briefs and brand direction into channel-specific content needsCoordinate content timelines, deliverables, and approvals across teamsWrite and edit content across channels, including email campaigns, social posts, and product copyUpload, format, and publish content across platforms (email, CMS, social tools, Amazon)Ensure content is aligned with brand voice, messaging, and campaign objectivesEnsure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all contentEmail Marketing ExecutionBuild and deploy email campaigns in collaboration with CRM/DTC teamsSupport segmentation, scheduling, and campaign setupQA email content and ensure accuracy before launchTrack performance and flag opportunities for improvementSocial Media ExecutionSupport day-to-day management of social media calendars and publishingDraft and schedule posts aligned with campaigns and brand prioritiesMonitor engagement and support community management as neededIdentify content trends and support ongoing optimizationeCommerce & Amazon Content SupportAssist in updating and optimizing product content across DTC and Amazon (PDPs, A+ Content, etc.)Ensure product copy and assets are accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standardsSupport content updates tied to launches, promotions, and merchandising needsSupport basic SEO best practices, including keyword integration, meta descriptions, and on-page content optimizationAssist in drafting and publishing blog content to support SEO, campaigns, and brand storytellingInfluencer & Campaign SupportSupport coordination of influencer and partnership programsAssist with outreach, deliverables tracking, and content approvalsEnsure content aligns with campaign goals and brand standardsPerformance & ReportingTrack basic content performance metrics across channelsCompile reports and share insights with the teamSupport testing and optimization efforts across email, social, and product contentProactively keeps up with emerging trends and best practices across content marketing & digital marketing channelsQualifications1–3+ years of full-time, professional experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerceStrong skills in Content Writing, Copywriting, and EditingDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and project management skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related fieldExperience in the wellness, spa, or medical equipment industry is a plusSalary Range: $60,000–$72,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
