A company is looking for a Radiology Coding Supervisor to oversee coding operations and lead projects in the healthcare revenue cycle. Key Responsibilities Lead projects and team members, proposing new programs and policies Manage complex projects and provide technical leadership in radiology coding Analyze and evaluate revenue cycle processes, identifying areas for improvement Required Qualifications Nine years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience in radiology coding In-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing and collections Advanced organizational and project management skills Proficiency in report development and dashboard design specific to revenue cycle management Ability to advise management on regulatory changes and industry trends
