Founded by Dallas Jenkins following the global success of The Chosen, 5&2 has expanded into producing both scripted and unscripted series, an animated series, and an expansive library of digital content. The independent studio also manages its own distribution, marketing, studio facilities, and consumer product line.Are you a campaign conductor with a strategic soul and a heart for purpose-driven creative? You’ll partner across every corner of 5&2 Studios, bridging storytelling, strategy, and stewardship to create meaningful moments that move hearts…and metrics.This isn’t just about overseeing big ideas. It’s about building integrated marketing ecosystems that feel human, hopeful, and high-impact.This role reports to the Senior Director of Strategy & Planning and is remote with some travel required.THIS MAY BE THE ROLE FOR YOU IF… You have a strategic mind that sees the big picture and crafts integrated, long-term marketing plans.Collaboration is your superpower—you thrive in cross-functional settings and create alignment.You’re data-driven and know how to make insight-led decisions.You speak fluent storytelling—turning vision into compelling, purpose-filled campaigns.You manage budgets with intention, optimizing impact while stewarding resources wisely.Fast-paced environments excite you—and you can pivot quickly when priorities shift.You take ownership, from ideation to execution, and always seek ways to innovate.You’re passionate about sharing Jesus’ story with the world and see your work as ministry.You have deep brand or entertainment experience as a key leader in marketing programs and initiatives.WHAT YOU’LL OWNStrategic LeadershipLead marketing strategy and briefing for assigned IP and product lines inside 5&2 Studios.Own the Go To Market strategy for your assigned IP and brands, orchestrating marketing plans across teams as you shepherd the work from brief to completion.Partner with content, commercial, and audience-development teams to prioritize marketing investments and plan multichannel rollouts.Cross‑Functional CollaborationServe as a key connector across brand, creative, social, DTC, product, live events, and studio leadership.Ensure experiential and content efforts are seamlessly aligned with content premieres, livestreams, and show campaigns to maximize impactData‑Driven Decision MakingOwn our fan data, partnering with external research and creative agencies to ensure our campaigns are laser-focused on driving fan engagement and growthLeverage comprehensive analytics to rigorously assess performance and continually optimize campaigns.Oversee A/B testing, conduct post-mortems, and drive iterative improvements across all messaging and channels.Budget & Vendor ManagementOwn and strategically allocate your projects’ marketing budgets across strategy, campaigns, DTC, merchandise, and events.Select, onboard, and manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality output and strong partnershipsSet clear performance benchmarks and hold all initiatives accountable for measurable results.Brand AmbassadorRepresent The Chosen brand, mission, voice, and values—both internally and externally.Act as a key spokesperson as needed at Chosen Con, partner events, livestreams, and press engagements.WHAT YOU BRING: 7-10 years of marketing experience in major international brands, media, entertainment, and/or content.Demonstrated history of delivering integrated, measurable campaigns across digital and experiential channels.Deep knowledge of GTM strategy, audience engagement, and lifecycle marketing.Proficient in marketing analytics, CRM/lifecycle platforms, and performance tracking.An excellent storyteller and communicator— both written, verbal, and interpersonal.Passionate about The Chosen mission and eager to integrate faith and media in your work.5&2 BRAND VALUESAuthenticity: We speak honestly, we’re straightforward and real.
