Senior Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish, possibly a superintendent in a past life but definitely direct exposure to field construction, schedules, cost control, troubleshooting, etc. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator as superintendents will report directly to the candidate. Experience managing project budget in accounting software, change order management, invoice coding, creating AIA billings to clients are all part of the role.
