Construction Project Manager

Overview We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to run active mitigation and reconstruction projects from handoff through close‑out. This role focuses on job execution, subcontractor management, quality control, scheduling, and margin protection.Projects are assigned after estimating. This is not a sales role. The right candidate knows how to manage jobs independently, control subcontractors, and keep insurance‑driven projects moving efficiently.ResponsibilitiesManage mitigation and reconstruction projects from start to finishControl schedules, sequencing, and daily job progressSelect, coordinate, and manage subcontractors across all tradesEnsure work meets scope, code, and carrier/program standardsPerform inspections and address deficiencies promptlyCommunicate progress with adjusters, homeowners, and internal teamsMaintain complete, audit‑ready job documentationProtect gross margin through strong field executionToolsJob management platforms (DASH or similar)Docusketch or similar scanning toolsCompanyCam or similar photo documentationMicrosoft Teams and OfficeXactimate for scope reference (not an estimating role)QualificationsProject Management experience in construction, restoration, or insurance workStrong subcontractor and field management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects independentlySolid understanding of scheduling, quality, and cost controlClear, professional communicatorPreferred QualificationsInsurance claims or program experienceRestoration or general contracting backgroundIICRC and/or RIA certifications
