The engineering team operates in a technically rigorous, collaborative environment with a focus on product innovation and customer-specific solutions.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Design and document complex electro-mechanical systems from concept through production.Develop parts and components for sophisticated electromechanical assemblies.Perform system-level and component-level testing, troubleshooting, and analysis.Create test procedures, assembly documentation, and reports to validate customer requirements.Work with manufacturing and purchasing teams on vendor sourcing and BOM creation.Communicate technical information effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors.Manage multiple engineering projects and daily tasks efficiently.Recommend improvements to engineering processes and development workflows.Provide mentorship, technical leadership, and training to other engineers.Participate in root-cause investigations and corrective-action activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
