This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys leading teams.What You'll DoLead and coordinate the daily activities of 2nd Shift union maintenance techniciansPlan, prioritize, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtimeDevelop daily and weekly maintenance plans aligned with production schedulesCollaborate with production, engineering, and reliability teams to resolve equipment issues and improve performanceSupport troubleshooting efforts by guiding technicians and helping drive root cause analysis (non-hands-on role)Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, company policies, and safety standardsDrive accurate work order management and reporting within the CMMS systemPromote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementWhat We're Looking For5+ years of industrial maintenance experienceExperience in a union manufacturing environment strongly preferredPrior leadership, supervisory, or coordination experienceStrong understanding of mechanical systems; electrical/controls knowledge is a plusExperience with CMMS systems and maintenance planningAbility to lead through influence, communicate effectively, and manage priorities in a fast-paced settingFamiliarity with labor relations and working within a collective bargaining frameworkBenefitsMedical, Dental, and VisionPTO401(k) with company matchDirect hire opportunity with long-term growth potential
