Now Hiring: Experienced & Strong Behavior Technician or RBTABA SHINE is looking for a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide urgent case 1:1 behavior respite in Richmont.Position: Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Location: RichmondCompensation: $40–$45 per hourShifts: Full-time- 4 PM -10 PM Mondays to Fridays, and we appreciate having weekends too.About the Case: We are urgently seeking experienced and reliable Behavior Technicians or RBTs to provide 1:1 support for a sweet young adult male who can exhibit severe maladaptive behaviors.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 direct behavior support and supervisionImplement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBAEnsure client safety and de-escalate aggressive or unsafe behaviorAccurately document session notes and incident reportsCollaborate with facility staff and clinical teamRequirements:RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis interventionAbility to manage high-intensity behaviors professionally and safelyMale candidates are preferred due to the client's specific needsMust be reliable, patient, and physically capable of managing aggressive episodesLivescan, CPR, and TB clearance required (or willingness to obtain quickly)What We Offer:Competitive pay: $40–$45/hour based on experienceFlexible scheduling – multiple shifts availableClinical support and ongoing supervisionOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on a high-need caseApply Today – Immediate Openings!
