Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Roof and Carpenter position located in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves building, repairing, and installing structures and frameworks, including tasks related to roofing, framing, and finish carpentry. Daily responsibilities include using hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials according to blueprints or project specifications. Additionally, the role requires routine inspection and maintenance of tools and workspaces to ensure safety and efficiency. Qualifications Proven skills in Carpentry, including rough and finish carpentry techniquesProficiency in the use of Hand Tools and Power Tools for various construction tasksExperience with Framing techniques and materialsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditionsKnowledge of workplace safety protocols and best practicesA high school diploma or equivalent is preferredPrior experience in roofing and construction will be considered an advantage
