Experience the Tudi difference, where anything is possible.RESPONSIBILITIES:Receive and monitor all inbound telephone calls and direct the subject calls to the appropriate Tudi Mechanical team member in a timely, professional manner.Greet all visitors to Tudi Mechanical and ensure that their visit is a pleasant and productive experience.Provide administrative assistance to the organization including preparation of correspondence in addition to other administrative duties as assigned.Manage the inventory of all office, kitchen and entertainment area supplies.As directed, assume the responsibilities and duties of the Customer Service Representative position.SKILLS/Qualifications:High School DiplomaAt least two (2) or more years of experience in a corporate environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities.Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Compensation & Benefits:Competitive compensation package; including bonus incentive programComprehensive benefits package, including employer-paid health insurance (no employee contribution toward premiums)401k with Company match & profit sharingExcellent working environmentVarious employee & family eventsOur results speak for themselves.
