One tap to create, one swipe to play — every click should make you want one more.Backed and incubated within a larger organization, we operate as an independent, fast-moving startup team — blending AI innovation, creative culture, and global ambitions (targeting the U.S. market).About the RoleWe are looking for a Community Manager who deeply understands US local culture and content to lead the product's community launch, growth, and ecosystem development in the US market.You will act as the key bridge between the platform and US creators & users, developing and executing localized community strategies to drive user engagement, content creation, and community health.Key Responsibilities(1) Community Launch & GrowthLead the 0-1 community launch in the US market with phased growth strategiesIdentify and onboard early core creators and content contributors to build seed user base(2) Creator OperationsEstablish a tiered creator management system and maintain relationships with top/potential creatorsDesign creator incentives (challenges, hashtags, leaderboards) to boost content volume and quality(3) Content Ecosystem DevelopmentIdentify US local trends, pop culture, and content preferences to guide content directionSet up content moderation and feedback loops to maintain community health(4) User Engagement & Community VibesDrive user engagement through comment interaction, topic campaigns, and community eventsCollect user feedback and collaborate with product and algorithm teams to improve UX(5) Data-Driven OperationsMonitor core community metrics (DAU, upload rate, interaction rate, retention, etc.) and drive strategy iterationsRequirementsBachelor's degree or above with 3–6 years in community/user operations; experience in short-video or content community products is a strong plusMust be familiar with US local culture, social media landscape, and young user behaviors; US education or work experience preferredNative English proficiency with cross-cultural communication skillsContent-sensitive, skilled in trend spotting and topic planningStrong self-motivation, resilience, and start-up mindset; able to thrive in an expat work environmentHands-on experience applying AI to actual work, with genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and emerging tech — self-driven to learn and explore AI-powered work solutions
