As a specialist, you will work both in-person and virtually to establish a steady stream of referrals, guide buyers through the mortgage process, and intentionally develop a referral-based business aimed at long-term success. Success in this role is measured by your performance. You'll earn the trust of agents, create lasting referral networks, and consistently deliver an exceptional mortgage experience. Responsibilities:Build long-lasting, referral-focused relationships with real estate agents in your market area. Guide buyers from the initial consultation to closing with proactive communication and consistent follow-up. Provide agents with effective financing strategies, polished pre-approvals, and expert scenario guidance to enhance their service offerings. Act as a trusted mortgage advisor representing Generations Home Loans in your community and the wider market. Minimum Qualifications:Active NMLS License in good standing. 18+ months of active, purchase-focused residential mortgage origination experience. Proven ability to generate and maintain a referral-based business. Currently licensed or eligible for licensing in CA, WA, OR, UT, or ID. Compensation:We offer competitive, performance-driven compensation aimed at professionals who are focused on growth, autonomy, and building a sustainable book of business. Earnings can range from $100,000 to $300,000 annually or more, depending on performance and experience.
