This role blends deep hands‑on engineering with architectural leadership, building the services, integrations, and UI experiences that power AI capabilities across the bank.ResponsibilitiesOwn and build the platform’s service layer: microservices, APIs, orchestration, workflow backends, and shared business servicesDevelop AI-powered solutions (RAG, agents, document intelligence, workflow automation) using Python + modern AI frameworksBuild React-based portals and internal tools for business usersDeploy and operate workloads on AWS (ECS/EKS, EC2, Fargate, API Gateway, VPC, security patterns)Integrate with internal/external systems using robust API patterns (retries, idempotency, rate limiting, circuit breakers)Implement secure AuthN/AuthZ (OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, RBAC, secrets mgmt)Enable governed access to Snowflake/warehouse environments and build data-driven featuresOwn CI/CD, testing, observability, performance, and production readinessQualifications12+ years of software engineering with ownership of production systemsRecent hands-on experience building GenAI/Agentic AI solutions (LangChain/LangGraph, Bedrock, Snowflake Cortex, RAG)Strong backend engineering in Python (FastAPI preferred)Strong React front-end experienceDeep AWS experience with containers, networking, and securityExperience building portals and integrating with multiple APIsSolid understanding of AuthN/AuthZ, secure coding, and CI/CDFinancial services experience is a plus
