Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Western, NY. The Associate will be responsible for providing legal representation and support to clients across various practice areas, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing client cases, attending court proceedings, and collaborating with colleagues on legal strategies. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining excellent client relationships. Qualifications Experience in legal research, analysis, and drafting legal documents Strong knowledge and skills in areas such as family law, corporate law, real estate, wills and estates, and insurance defense Effective communication and negotiation skills to represent clients during legal processes and interactions Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the New York State Bar is required Prior experience in related practice areas is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
