The Associate will be responsible for providing legal representation and support to clients across various practice areas, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing client cases, attending court proceedings, and collaborating with colleagues on legal strategies. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining excellent client relationships.QualificationsExperience in legal research, analysis, and drafting legal documentsStrong knowledge and skills in areas such as family law, corporate law, real estate, wills and estates, and insurance defenseEffective communication and negotiation skills to represent clients during legal processes and interactionsExcellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple cases simultaneouslyJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the New York State Bar is requiredPrior experience in related practice areas is highly preferredDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
