OverviewWhat We're Looking ForAs a Systems Engineer (Junior/Mid-Level) at CyberPoint, you will support the design, integration and management of complex systems across mission-critical programs. We're committed to creating an environment where each employee can thrive.What You'll DoSupports systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle, including requirements, design, integration and testingCollaborate with software engineers, developers and stakeholders to ensure system alignment with mission objectivesAssist in developing and maintaining system documentation and artifactsParticipate in Agile processes and program execution activitiesUse tools such as Jira and Confluence to track work and manage workflowsContribute to system-level problem solving and technical analysisThis position is 100% onsite and requires an active TS/SCI+FSP Security Clearance.QualificationsWhat You'll NeedUS CitizenshipActive TS/SCI + Full Scope PolygraphBachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or related disciplineOR five (5) additional years of Systems Engineering experience in lieu of a degree7+ years of systems engineering experience on medium-scale (20-100 personnel) or larger programs/contractsExperience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management toolsExperience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum, etc)What Will Set You Apart* Experience with SysML tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw or Rhapsody* INCOSE ASEP or similar systems engineering certificationOur CultureGreat People, Exceptional BenefitsGreat people are the foundation of any great company.
