Test Equipment Software Developer

The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Required Skills (Technical Competency): We’re excited to talk to you if: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of prior relevant experience OR In absence of a degree, 3 plus years working in aerospace industry or other regulated industry Strong programming skills in a modern high level computer language (LabVIEW preferred), C++ with integration to hardware Experience with requirements driven development Experience working with remote resources Ability to work in a dynamic environment – where priorities change Able to work both autonomously as well as part of a team Experience generating and presenting project status Strong organization, communication, and multi-task skills Hands-on Aerospace / Military hardware design, build, test and integration experience (or in regulated industry) Competent in using Microsoft Office applications Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with numerous personality types and superb customer-facing skills Great interpersonal and networking skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
