Senior Procurement Analyst POSITION SUMMARY:The Senior Procurement Analyst is responsible for leading procurement data analysis, optimizing sourcing strategies, and driving cost savings initiatives. This role partners with cross-functional teams to evaluate supplier performance, improve procurement processes, and make strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.Senior Procurement Analyst ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, trends, and risksDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs related to supplier performance and spend analysisDrive strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiationsEvaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements or alternative sourcing strategiesCollaborate with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to align procurement strategies with business goalsMonitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply risks to inform procurement decisionsEnsure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and regulatory requirementsLead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce procurement cycle timeMentor purchasing coordinators and provide guidance on procurement best practicesSenior Procurement Analyst EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field58+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analysisStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ZAP)Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Syspro)Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesCompensation details: 90000-110000 Yearly SalaryPIcc6afccf75d6-26289-40409924
