Senior Procurement AnalystPOSITIONSUMMARY: The Senior Procurement Analyst is responsible for leading procurement data analysis, optimizing sourcing strategies, and driving cost savings initiatives. This role partners with cross-functional teams to evaluate supplier performance, improve procurement processes, and make strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Senior Procurement AnalystROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, trends, and risks Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs related to supplier performance and spend analysis Drive strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements or alternative sourcing strategies Collaborate with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to align procurement strategies with business goals Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply risks to inform procurement decisions Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce procurement cycle time Mentor purchasing coordinators and provide guidance on procurement best practices Senior Procurement AnalystEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field 58+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analysis Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ZAP) Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Syspro) Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Compensation details:90000-110000 Yearly Salary PIcc6afccf75d6-26289-40409924
