Central PennsylvaniaFacility is seeking Locum BC Anesthesiologist to provide float pool coverage - Contract Length: 11/24-11/26, 11/28 (closed for Thanksgiving 11/27); no call for these dates- Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:45a-3:15p (or until last case is finished)- Schedule released for the whole month listing the night call/late days, no weekend call.- Support staff: CRNA at each location.- Amount of coverage needed per month: Monday through Friday- Patients per day: this will vary by facility but at main facility (their busy, trauma hosp) avg cases per day is 40 which includes endoscopy and they have 4 ANES on per day and 15-18 CRNAs they will share supervisory. The smaller facilities are much lower volume.- Patient population/age: adult and geriatrics- EMR: Cerner- Skills required: Bread and Butter General Anesthesia; ENT, GYN, OB (only at main facility), plastics, endo, urology, ortho, vascular, neuro and thoracic. Main facility does trauma but the other hospitals do not. No head, no hearts, no OB everywhere except main facility; is a trauma center and will need to do heads, hearts, OB.- Practice Setting: Hospital- Required: PA license or IMLC, DEA, BLS, ACLS, 2 years experience
