This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You will be the right hand of the CEO, helping to ensure that the business operates smoothly and that strategic initiatives are executed effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO.- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of company projects, ensuring that all deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.- Research & Analysis: Conduct research as needed to support business decisions, including market research, competitor analysis, and gathering data for presentations.- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
