Role Description This is a full-time on-site/remote role for an Executive Assistant to the Producer at The Donners’ Company, located in Beverly Hills California.We need someone familiar with film and tv business. Organized, adept at scheduling via zoom and in person, able to roll with last minute changes. Heavy travel scheduling both commercial and charter.We need someone to come into the office at least two days and more if needed but working from home remotely is an option.This is a small, busy office with a wide range of duties, and we need a self-starter who doesn’t mind working alone. Qualifications Experience in managing Expense Reports and efficient handling of budget-related tasksStrong skills in Diary Management, scheduling, and coordinating appointmentsDemonstrated expertise in Administrative Assistance, including correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting preparationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanorAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentProficiency with office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling softwarEComputer, IPhone and social media savvy
