The Controller will oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and audits to ensure accuracy and transparency. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, developing internal controls, and assisting in financial planning. The role also involves analyzing financial data to provide insights for decision-making and collaborating with leadership on strategic planning. Qualifications Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget managementStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience with compliance, audits, and internal controlsEffective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams and provide guidanceProficiency in accounting software and financial systemsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA certification and prior experience in the automotive industry are preferred
