This is a great opportunity for an analytical HR professional looking to grow within compensation and benefits.ResponsibilitiesSupport compensation programs, salary benchmarking, reporting, and market analysisAssist with benefits administration, employee inquiries, open enrollment, and vendor coordinationMaintain HRIS and compensation data accuracyBuild reports, dashboards, and Excel-based analysesSupport payroll coordination, audits, onboarding, and HR compliance initiativesAssist with retirement plan administration and special HR projectsQualifications2+ years of HR, compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR analytics experienceBachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience consideredStrong Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, or ADP preferredStrong attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skillsComfortable working in both analytical and administrative functionsFamiliarity with AI tools/process improvement is a plusCompany Description Thomas Edwards Group is an Executive Search Firm specializing in the direct hire and interim placement of Accounting, Finance, HR and IT professionals.
