Job Title: Human Resources Manager, SHRM CertifiedLocation: North Dallas, TXEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: Approximately $100,000 annuallyPosition OverviewWheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all core human resources functions for a growing organization in North Dallas. This role will partner closely with leadership to support business objectives, ensure compliance, and drive a positive, high-performing workplace culture.**SHRM CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED**Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll, and performance managementPartner with leadership on workforce planning, recruiting, retention strategies, and organizational developmentManage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy guidanceAdminister benefits programs and support open enrollment and vendor coordinationEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including 401(k) audits and reportingOversee payroll processes and support compensation planning, including salary structures and offersManage leave of absence programs, workers' compensation, and unemployment claimsMaintain and optimize HRIS systems and reporting accuracyDevelop and support training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management processesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldSHRM certification (required)10+ years of progressive HR experienceStrong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practicesExperience across multiple HR functions (employee relations, benefits, compliance, payroll)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systemsSkills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of discretion and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilitiesWhy Work with Wheeler Staffing Partners?Wheeler Staffing Partners connects top talent with leading organizations, offering career growth opportunities, expert guidance, and a streamlined hiring experience.
