Responsible for advancing patient access, operational efficiency, and quality of care. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee day-to-day operations, lead teams through change, and implement practical solutions to improve workflows, team effectiveness, and patient experience.Essential FunctionsProvide administrative leadership in the development, interpretation, and execution of policies, procedures, and long-range operational plansOversee day-to-day clinic operations at Charlois Boulevard Urology Clinic; collaborate with Urology leaders on coordination of activities at all Urology locations in the Wake Area: MP Elm (GSO), N.
