A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - ICU Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM • 48 guaranteed hours per week • Floating to ER and Med Surg departments required • No call responsibilities • Holiday shifts required • Blocked scheduling may be accommodated if included in submittal • 2 years ICU experience required • ER and Med Surg experience required • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS • TNCC certification preferred • Patient ratio of 1:2-3 in ICU • Provide total care for ICU patients including ventilator management, titratable drips, and hygiene care • Experience with ventilators, titratable drips, mixing medications, and patient hygiene preferred • When floating to ER: assist with call lights, medication administration, patient transport, IV starts, and blood draws • When floating to Med Surg: take full assignment of up to 6 patients or act as aide for up to 12 patients • EMR system: MedHost • Any color scrubs acceptable • New Mexico state fingerprints required for all travelers • Auto offers only - no interviews required Facility: This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with a 12-bed ICU unit that maintains a structured floating system to ensure optimal patient care across multiple departments.
