# Part-Time Frontend Developer – React Native / React## About the RoleThe Dyrt is seeking a **part-time Frontend Developer** to join its frontend engineering team and contribute across both its mobile and web codebases. The mobile app is the primary focus, with most of the work centered on **React Native**, including interactive tools such as search and Trip Planner and performance improvements across campground listings. The role also includes ongoing development of the company's **Next.js website**.AI-assisted development is a core part of The Dyrt's engineering workflow. The team uses **Claude Code** extensively for day-to-day development and expects developers to use agentic coding tools effectively while applying independent judgment to review, refine, test, and take ownership of production code.## Key Responsibilities* Participate in requirements analysis with the engineering team.* Develop and deliver new features and improvements in the **React Native** mobile application.* Contribute to feature development and improvements across the **Next.js** website.* Translate design comps and wireframes into component implementations and delivery plans.* Estimate task and project complexity.* Use **Claude Code** and other AI-assisted development tools as part of the daily workflow.* Critically review AI-generated code for correctness, performance, maintainability, and quality before production release.* Maintain and improve existing code quality, organization, and automation.* Document technical requirements and coordinate effectively with other teams.* Identify and resolve performance issues and opportunities to reduce technical debt.* Collaborate with other frontend developers on a team of approximately 3–4 frontend developers.## Required Qualifications* **4+ years of professional experience** developing with JavaScript and
