For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Developer (Web) (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.This role will focus on building and optimizing modern web applications that support immersive digital experiences. You will partner closely with UX designers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape high-performing frontend solutions that align with business goals. The work will involve leading complex technical initiatives, improving system design, and delivering scalable web components for next-generation products.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $107,000 – $157,300 annuallyResponsibilities Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using JavaScript, React, and TypeScript Build and optimize web-based components for immersive devices Lead large, complex projects, defining scope and delivering milestones Collaborate with UX designers and stakeholders to translate business needs into product features Shape system design and architecture to enhance performance in immersive environments Conduct technical discussions to align outcomes with business goals Stay informed of emerging trends for future development needsQualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend software development Deep experience with JavaScript (ES6+), React, and TypeScript for complex web applications Strong understanding of browser performance and rendering Experience with real-time communication technologies like WebSockets and data formats (JSON, Protobuf) Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams Familiarity with AWS services, particularly S3Benefits Remote work flexibility Opportunity to work at the forefront of XR technologies Collaborative work environment with UX designers and architects Focus on continuous learning and technology exploration Potential for cross-functional teamwork across diverse technical fieldsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
