You bring a strong software engineering foundation, deep DevOps expertise, and a mindset rooted in ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.You thrive in fastpaced environments, take pride in solving hard production problems, and are energized by empowering teams to deliver reliable, highquality software. You balance handson technical execution with bigpicture thinking, and you care deeply about operational excellence, scalability, and customer impact.RequirementsMust be a US Citizen5+ years of experience in software engineering, with demonstrated ownership of production systemsProven experience building, deploying, and scaling SaaS applications on AWS, using servicebased architectureStrong expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Argo CD), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Terragrunt)Handson experience with AWS services, including EKS, and operating applications in production environmentsStrong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, JavaScript, Handlebars, or similar)Advanced debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills, particularly in complex production systemsExperience working within Agile development methodologies, using tools such as JiraFamiliarity with data and search technologies such as Redis, MongoDB, and ElasticsearchPreferred QualificationsExperience working on dataintensive platforms or complex workflowsBackground in law enforcement or related industries is a plusWhy Join LeadsOnline?Be part of a team where your work truly matters.
