Facilities Manager
Great opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join a fantastic company in North Fort Worth.Your role: Manage all activities related to safety, building maintenance and construction projects, outside grounds upkeep and ensure facility meets operating needsEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: other duties may be assigned:Oversee the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansionDevelop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce short- and long-term operating costs and increase productivityIdentifies current and future maintenance requirementsLead the development and execution of budgets and schedule for facility modifications, ensuring accurate cost estimates and timely delivery.Provide direct oversight to all vendors and contractors providing building services to ensure building meets all internal requirements and building codesLead vendor/contractor for building security surveillance to ensure surveillance equipment operates effectivelyLead vendor/contractor for fire protection equipment to fire protection systems are regularly tested and meet fire protection code and requirementsLead all vendors/contractors for cleaning, plumbing, electrical & Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning(HVAC) maintenance and service to ensure building operates effectivelyCreate and execute preventative maintenance plans for all building equipment, company vehicles, and other equipmentEnsure company vehicles and equipment are maintained and operate to standards and requirements.Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and legal regulations (especially industry specific)Manage and guide facility staff to execute all inside maintenance activities efficiently and within scheduled timelinesOversee safety and environmental programs with a focus on employee safety, vendor compliance, and waste disposal.Responsible for managing and meeting the budget for the Facilities departmentResponsible for all personnel issues and performance evaluations of direct reports, including performance management, employee development, capacity building and succession planning.Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5 years of experience; or 10 years of related experience.Project Management (PMP) preferredLean/Six Sigma Experience preferredComputer Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting, budgeting, and communication.Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order tracking and preventive maintenance.Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and energy monitoring tools.Ability to use project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello) for scheduling and tracking progress.To be considered please send your resume to:sarah.free@clearforkstaffing.com or sarah.free@reed.comTo speak with me directly please call 817 769 9441
