In this role, you’ll take ownership of purchasing workflows, supplier coordination, and process improvements—ensuring materials and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.This is a 6-month contract with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) based in Hercules, CA.What You’ll DoManage end-to-end purchase order workflows in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate processing Partner cross-functionally to resolve invoice discrepancies and minimize payment delays Proactively identify and address supplier risks and performance issues Ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance for all purchased goods Drive cost efficiencies and process improvements across procurement operations Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics and cost controls Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and master data Lead coordination efforts to bring stakeholders together and resolve supply chain challenges How You’ll Make an ImpactEnsure timely fulfillment of purchase requirements, directly supporting business operations Maintain accurate and optimized procurement master data for efficient execution Strengthen supplier partnerships to achieve on-time, in-full delivery performance Act as a leader and problem-solver, aligning teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively What You BringBachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; APICS certification preferred 5+ years of procurement experience, with demonstrated ability to lead or influence teams Experience with SAP (Kinaxis is a plus) Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think independently and strategically Why This Role Stands OutCompetitive pay at $48.07/hour High-visibility role with meaningful impact on operations and supplier performance Opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and influence procurement strategy Hybrid flexibility with a structured scheduleTCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
