Daily Agent interaction is a key part of this crucial operational role. The support our Transaction Coordinators provide allows our Agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their businesses.Please Note - This position will require you to be in the local DC office 2x per monthWhat You Will DoHandle document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions from listing to close, and/or contract to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirementsEnsure real estate contracts are processed properly and in a timely matter, with a focus on the detailsManage and track contract deadlines to ensure all timelines are metCareful attention to file review requirementsProvide support to Agents in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, and commission calculationsCollaborate with sales managers, and other support teams to offer outstanding supportto the agentsWhat We Are Looking ForDC, MD, and/or VA Real Estate License Required5+ years of real estate activity in this marketStrong knowledge of the real estate laws in DC, MD, and/or VA and familiarity with standard real estate forms used in DC, MD, and VAIn-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transaction Coordination and ComplianceDocuSign, Google SuiteStrong written, quantitative, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on contentAbility to maintain strict confidentiality of Agent’s contract dataWork independently and collaboratively in a team environmentCustomer service-oriented personalityImpeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skillsB.A. or B.S. degree preferredThe base pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location.
