Job DescriptionDeaconess Illinois Union County Hospital is seeking a PRN Emergency Medicine Physician to join our growing team in Anna, Illinois. Our Emergency Medicine team is a hospital-employed physician group made up of full-time physicians as well as supplemental PRN physicians.Ideal CandidatesBC/BE Family Medicine Physician; prior Emergency Medicine experience and/or fellowship training in Emergency Medicine is requiredLicensed in Illinois (or willing to obtain licensure)Strong communication and organizational skillsCompensationCompetitive Hourly Rates: $200/hr (W-2) | $220/hr (1099)Work SchedulePRN / Supplemental CoverageShifts: 24-hour shifts; 12-hour shift option availablePatient Encounters: Average of 30–55 patient encounters in a 24-hour periodAverage daily volume typically around 19–20 patients in a 24-hour periodWhy Southern Illinois?Southern Illinois offers a beautiful blend of outdoor recreation, small-town charm, and affordable living.
