<span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif">Emergency Medicine Physician – Up to $220/hr | Flexible Shifts | IL<span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif"><span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif">The Staff Pad is hiring<span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif"> <span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif">Emergency Medicine Physicians for multiple hospitals in Southern Illinois.<span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif">Up to $220/hr (1099) + $20/hr differential<span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif"><span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif">W2 option available ($200/hr + full benefits + sign-on bonus)<span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif"><span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif">24-hour shifts (critical access) or 12-hour shifts <span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif"><span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif">Full-time or part-time (3–6 shifts/month)<span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif"><span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif">Physician-only coverage at select sites (no APPs)<span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif"><span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif">What we need:<span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif"><span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif">BE/BC Emergency Medicine<span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif">Strong ER/trauma experience (must be comfortable working independently)<span class="font" style="font-family:"times new roman", times, serif, sans-serif">High autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong compensation.
