It’s about people.The person in this position independently manages a client portfolio, building long-term relationships. Their goal is to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) by ensuring retention and achieving upsell/cross-sell targets.Your responsibilities will include:Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client portfolio.Conducting regular client meetings to analyze their needs (QBR).Identifying and executing upselling opportunities for products and services.Leading negotiations regarding contract renewals and expansions.Acting as the "Voice of the Customer" within the organization.Requirements:Building long-term relationships.Consultative selling and business skills.Negotiation and contract management.In-depth product knowledge.Goal orientation and proactivity.Hungarian (C1) & Polish (C1).Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.Nice to Have:Experience in selling Google Cloud solutions (GCP & Google Workspace) or similar cloud ecosystems (e.g., AWS).We offer:B2B contract.compensated days without service delivery obligation (up to 31!).UNUM group insurance.private medical care and sport card.100% remote or hybrid from our office in Wrocław (Św.
