You speak the language of both the engineer and the technician.- Project Controls Mastery: High proficiency in Bluebeam and scheduling tools (MS Project) to communicate complex project phases clearly.- Safety Leadership: Active OSHA 30 certification and a commitment to maintaining a secure, high-performance job site.- Education: A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is preferred, though we value equivalent, battle-tested field experience.- Operational Grit: A willingness to be on the floor, "getting your hands dirty" to verify data and lead your team through tight milestones.Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected VeteransThe Know Your Rights poster is available here:https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdfThe pay transparency policy is available here:https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdfFor temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AllSTEM Connections is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required. We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
