Our team is made up of honest, hard-working professionals committed to driving our continued growth and success.Position Overview:The Director of Marketing will serve as a senior leader within Atrium’s enterprise marketing function, partnering closely with brand leadership, operations teams, agency partners, and executive leadership to support marketing initiatives across multiple disciplines and brands.This role is designed for a marketing generalist with strong business judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and energized by building scalable marketing infrastructure in a growing organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives across multiple Atrium brands and business functionsSupport brand strategy, campaign planning, creative direction, and local market activation effortsOversee development and execution of marketing content across channels including web, email, social media, sales collateral, internal communications, public relations, and promotional campaignsCreate and manage marketing calendars, campaign briefs, project plans, and reporting structures to support operational efficiency and accountabilityPartner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectivesDevelop executive-level marketing updates, presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and board-level audiencesProvide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to marketing team members and cross-functional partners as the organization continues to scaleCollaborate closely with growth marketing, operations, customer experience, and leadership teams to support enterprise marketing prioritiesAssist with website strategy, integrated campaigns, event activations, and enterprise communication initiativesAdapt to evolving business priorities and support high-impact projects across the organization as neededQualifications:4–6 years of marketing experience across multiple disciplines including brand, content, communications, growth/performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, web, events, or creative strategyStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills with experience developing executive-ready communications and presentationsDemonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionStrong collaboration and relationship-building skills across departments and leadership levelsSelf-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a growing and evolving organizationExperience leading projects, mentoring team members, or managing cross-functional initiativesAbility to work on-site in Grand Rapids, MichiganPreferred Qualifications:Experience in home services, trades, or local service industries such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, lawn care, or automotive servicesExperience supporting multi-brand or multi-location organizationsFamiliarity with ServiceTitan, Invoca, or similar field-service platformsExperience working within a private equity-backed organizationPrevious agency experience or experience managing agency/vendor relationshipsWhy Atrium?Competitive Wages!Benefit eligible day one - medical, vision, and dentalEmployer provided life insurance policy401K with a Company MatchParental and Bereavement LeaveEmployer Sponsored short- and long-term disabilityPaid holidays, a floating holiday and PTODon't miss this opportunity to join a winning team!
