Since creating the first construction webcam in 1996, EarthCam has been trusted on major projects like One World Trade Center, SoFi Stadium, and the Panama Canal Expansion, and integrates with tools such as Procore, Autodesk, and Bentley.We're a collaborative, hands-on team that builds our technology in-house and works closely across departments to solve real problems for real users.Job DescriptionEarthCam is seeking a high-impact Key Account Manager to drive strategic revenue growth within a portfolio of priority construction and infrastructure customers.This is a senior-level, quota-carrying role focused on expanding EarthCam's presence across major builders, developers, infrastructure owners, and program stakeholders through multi-project deployments and long-term account development strategies.The Key Account Manager develops account-level business plans aligned with customer capital programs and project pipelines, identifies portfolio rollout opportunities, and drives adoption across documentation, visual intelligence, and jobsite security solutions.This role is ideal for experienced construction-industry sellers who want to influence technology adoption across large-scale construction programs and build long-term partnerships within one of the largest industries in the world.ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth within a defined portfolio of strategic construction and infrastructure accountsDevelop and execute account-level business plans aligned with customer capital programs and upcoming project pipelinesIdentify and close expansion opportunities across multi-site deployments, regional portfolios, and enterprise construction customersSupport program-level adoption across repeat builders, developers, and infrastructure ownersBuild relationships with project executives, operations leaders, VDC teams, safety stakeholders, and innovation groupsPosition EarthCam's solutions across documentation workflows, visual intelligence initiatives, and jobsite security strategiesEngage customers early in preconstruction and planning phases to support portfolio rollout opportunitiesCollaborate with Territory Sales Managers to expand adoption across priority customers and strategic accountsLead complex solution conversations tied to documentation strategy, project visibility, and operational risk mitigationMaintain disciplined pipeline forecasting and account planning within CRMMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsRequirementsWho You AreA strategic account seller who thrives on expanding relationships within complex construction organizationsExperienced working with general contractors, developers, infrastructure owners, or ENR-ranked construction firmsComfortable engaging stakeholders across project teams, operations leadership, safety teams, and executive decision-makersMotivated by ownership of large opportunities tied to active capital programs and portfolio-level deploymentsConfident navigating long construction sales cycles and aligning solutions to project timelinesSkilled at identifying expansion opportunities across repeat customers and multi-project environmentsOrganized and disciplined managing account strategies and pipeline executionCompetitive, accountable, and results-drivenQualifications10+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experienceDemonstrated success expanding revenue within strategic or enterprise customer accountsExperience selling into the construction, infrastructure, engineering, or real estate development industries strongly preferredExperience selling construction technology, SaaS platforms, project documentation solutions, visual intelligence tools, jobsite security systems, or workflow platforms highly desirableExisting relationships with general contractors, developers, infrastructure owners, or ENR-ranked contractors strongly preferredProven ability to develop and execute account expansion strategies tied to customer project pipelines and capital programsProven success closing six-figure and multi-six-figure opportunitiesExperience supporting multi-site deployments, regional rollouts, or enterprise-level adoption initiatives preferredStrong communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skillsExperience using CRM tools and managing strategic account pipelinesBenefitsWhat We OfferEarthCam offers a high-impact compensation structure designed for experienced sellers expanding strategic relationships across major construction organizations and capital programs.This role provides the opportunity to drive adoption across multi-project portfolios within one of the largest industries in the world and to build total annual compensation in the $200,000+ range based on performance and account growth (would include base salary plus uncapped commission).Comp Details:Base Salary: Starting at $100KOn-Target Earnings (OTE) Year 1: $150K -
