What you will do: We are searching for compassionate, forward thinking PTAs who optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses to devise creative, effective team-based treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders. We are searching for Physical Therapy Assistants that have effective communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills that motivate patients to restore their physical function and mobility. Must have: Must have valid WA PTA credentials in good standing REQUIRED Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility PREFERRED Caldera Cares for you!
