You'll spend your days outdoors across multiple commercial properties, working hands-on with field supervisors and crews to ensure every landscape meets our high standards.Your day-to-day includes walking properties, creating detailed punchlists, conducting quality inspections, and partnering with teams to solve challenges before they become issues. You'll collaborate closely with field crews, supervisors, and client success specialists—everyone working together to deliver exceptional results and service. Office base is located: 2600 S. 20th Ave Phoenix, AZ 85009 What You'll DoQuality Control & Property ManagementPerform regular site inspections and quality audits of landscape maintenance operations across your assigned geographical areaCreate comprehensive property punchlists identifying maintenance needs and quality improvementsDocument and track quality issues using company maintenance checklist system and mobile technologyConduct routine property walks and quality assessments to maintain service standardsMonitor punchlist completion through coordination with Maintenance Field SupervisorsEnsure crews consistently adhere to scheduled routesMaintain consistent quality standards across all assigned propertiesProcess Implementation & Quality MonitoringSupport implementation and monitoring of quality control processes across assigned propertiesMaintain quality assurance documentation and standard operating proceduresCollect and organize operational data for quality metrics reportingParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and projects (e.g., reviewing crew photos)Ensure compliance with company quality standards and client requirementsTraining & Development SupportAssist in training field teams on quality standards and best practicesSupport development of quality-related training materials and presentationsProvide feedback to Maintenance Field Supervisors on crew performance and training needsCollaborate on implementing quality improvement processes and proceduresCommunication, Coordination & ReportingCollaborate with client success specialists, Field Operations Manager, and Maintenance Field Supervisors to address and resolve service concernsSupport client success specialists with property walks when needed to address quality issues or client requestsCoordinate with Maintenance Field Supervisors to ensure punchlist completion and quality standardsUse Slack for all internal communications and coordinationReport regularly to Field Operations Manager on quality metrics, property conditions, and improvement recommendationsMaintain accurate records of property inspections, quality issues, and corrective actions using Google Workspace and mobile technologyTrack quality metrics and performance indicators across assigned geographical areaClient Relations SupportSupport positive client relationships through proactive quality managementIdentify potential client concerns before they impact satisfactionCoordinate with client success specialists on quality-related client communicationsEnsure client properties consistently meet or exceed service expectationsWho We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:Minimum 5 years experience in landscape maintenance or related field operationsStrong attention to detail and quality control mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and mobile technologyValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to work independently and manage multiple properties efficientlyStrong organizational and time management skillsPhysical ability to walk properties and conduct outdoor inspections regularlyUnderstanding of landscape maintenance practices and quality standardsPreferred Qualifications:Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferredHorticulture, landscape services, or related industry experiencePrevious experience in quality control or quality assurance rolesExperience with commercial landscape maintenance operationsKnowledge of plant materials, maintenance techniques, and seasonal requirementsExperience with mobile technology and digital documentation systemsUnderstanding of client service standards and commercial property managementStrong analytical skills and ability to identify process improvementsExperience working with field operations teams and supervisory staffPhysical RequirementsThis is a primarily outdoor, field-based role requiring extensive daily property walking and driving throughout your assigned geographical area. You'll conduct inspections in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and direct sunlight, with the ability to walk on uneven terrain, climb stairs, navigate slopes, and assess landscape quality details.
