Sales Development Representative – HVAC (Commercial/Industrial)

OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and technically knowledgeable Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in commercial and industrial HVAC systems. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with technical expertise and thrives in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leadsIdentify and engage decision-makers within commercial and industrial sectorsLeverage HVAC technical knowledge to effectively communicate product/service valueQualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and project scopeSchedule meetings and demos for Account Executives or technical sales teamsMaintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline, and activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategiesStay updated on HVAC industry trends, technologies, and market developmentsRequirementsExperience as an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales roleStrong technical knowledge of commercial and/or industrial HVAC systems (required)Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Proven ability to conduct cold outreach and engage prospectsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to understand technical concepts and translate them into business valueExperience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similarHighly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
