About This PositionWaystar is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Measurement & Analytics professional to build, execute, and scale how marketing performance is measured and reported across the organization.This role is responsible for executing Marketing’s measurement and reporting infrastructure, including dashboard development, data modeling, attribution implementation, and KPI tracking. This individual will translate business requirements into accurate, scalable, and actionable reporting solutions.The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Power BI and marketing data systems with the ability to work cross-functionally to gather requirements, validate data, and deliver high-quality reporting assets.A critical component of this role is executing and maintaining multi-touch marketing attribution and pipeline measurement, ensuring that marketing’s influence across the buyer journey is accurately captured, validated, and reflected in executive reporting.This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex, fragmented marketing data into clear, trusted reporting used by leadership to drive decisions.What You'll DoBuild, maintain, and continuously improve Marketing’s Power BI dashboards, including goal tracking, executive scorecards, and pipeline and attribution reportingTranslate stakeholder requirements into scalable data models, metric definitions, and reporting outputs that are clear, accurate, and easy to useExecute and maintain standardized KPI frameworks, ensuring consistent definitions and calculations across all marketing reportingImplement and support multi-touch attribution and pipeline reporting, ensuring data is accurately reflected across systemsValidate and reconcile data across platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, attribution tools, Power BI), identifying and resolving discrepanciesMonitor data flows across systems and troubleshoot inconsistencies in partnership with technical teamsDocument data sources, metric logic, and reporting assumptions to support transparency and scalabilityPartner cross-functionally to gather requirements, improve data quality, and enhance tracking and measurement capabilitiesSupport improvements to data structure, campaign tracking, and system integrations to increase reporting reliabilityPrepare executive-ready dashboards and reporting outputs to support monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviewsWhat You'll Need5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or reporting-focused roles in a B2B environmentAdvanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard developmentStrong hands-on experience with multi-touch attribution and pipeline reportingFamiliarity with attribution platforms (specifically Marketo Measure)Working knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo), and marketing data flowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication skills for working with cross-functional stakeholdersExperience collaborating cross-functionally and facilitating working sessions with stakeholdersBONUS POINTSExperience with other tech platforms a plus, but not required: Clay, Qualified, Invoca, Walnut.Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology environmentsFamiliarity with our industry including but not limited to market trends, buying teams, and key players.Marketing automation strategy required, Marketo experience preferred.Advanced Salesforce experience.Skills OverviewExperience supporting enterprise-level marketing organizationsB2B closed-loop reportingUnderstanding of Marketing Automation strategy (Marketo)Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard execution)Marketing performance reporting and KPI implementationMulti-touch attribution implementation and validationPipeline and opportunity-based reportingData validation and documentationAbout WaystarThrough a smart platform and better experience, Waystar helps providers simplify healthcare payments and yield powerful results throughout the complete revenue cycle.Waystar’s healthcare payments platform combines innovative, cloud-based technology, robust data, and unparalleled client support to streamline workflows and improve financials so providers can focus on what matters most: their patients and communities.
