Fleet Coordinator - $20.00

Job DescriptionDo you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, and working with a great team? We're seeking a Fleet Coordinator to ensure our vehicles are always ready to go. In this role, you'll ensure our fleet runs smoothly by tracking vehicles, coordinating repairs, and supporting all aspects of the vehicle process.This role involves liaising with internal departments, external vendors, and drivers to ensure that fleet operations run smoothly and efficiently.This is a hands-on job where your attention to detail and communication skills will make a significant difference every day. We'd love to hear from you if you're ready to jump in and make things happen!You will:Oversee the daily inventory of all vehiclesUpdate the status of all idle and out-of-service vehicles dailyMonitor overdue rentals and take action as neededIssue POs to vendorsHelp with the movement of vehicles when neededSee that non-rentable vehicles are vented for repair in a very timely mannerRespond promptly to all email requestsAssist with fleeting and de-fleeting vehiclesCoordinate the transfer of cars needing repair and/or maintenance to the respective vendor/facilityAssist with all aspects of the vehicle cycle, including arrival at the location and return at the end of the cycle.
