Branch Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic, talented, committed, and experienced Branch Manager for the Dallas–Fort Worth market, based in the city and/or surrounding areas.Responsibilities:Analyzes client operations, communicates, develops, and presents alternative staffing strategies suited to the clients’ specific needsManages office location and all personnel within. The Manager will be in charge of the daily operations of the branchBuilds business by identifying and selling prospects, and maintaining relationships with clients based on effectiveness, trust, and respectIdentifies business opportunities by qualifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales optionsConducts periodic sales and service calls on existing and potential clients to identify and solve problems as well as stimulate greater business opportunitiesBuild and increase sales according to the targets set by the companyWork with the recruiting department to training and in-house growth for all new recruits, focusing on talent acquisition, loyalty, and perceptionsManage all marketing required to increase sales, including travel and promotion of all sales and direct relationship-buildingQualifications / Skills:Bachelor’s Degree preferredPrevious experience in sales within the Staffing/Recruiting industry requiredExcellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills requiredActive Outside Sales hunterExperience meeting and exceeding sales goalsHighly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset
