Director / VP of Venue SalesCN-Collective | Dallas–Fort Worth MetroplexCN-Collective is seeking an experienced and driven sales leader to oversee venue sales operations across our portfolio of luxury event venues throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. This leadership role is responsible for managing and developing a high-performing sales team focused on weddings, corporate events, social events, and other private events across our 8 venues.This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality and events environment, understands high-touch client experiences, and has a proven track record of leading successful sales organizations.About UsCN-Collective is a collection of premier wedding and event venues throughout DFW, specializing in luxury weddings, corporate events, galas, and social celebrations. Our brands include multiple high-end venues, full-service catering, and event support services designed to create exceptional client experiences.Position SummaryThe Director / VP of Venue Sales will lead the overall venue sales strategy, performance, coaching, accountability, and operational management of approximately 10 sales professionals. This individual will work closely with ownership and venue leadership to drive revenue growth, improve conversion performance, elevate the client experience, and ensure consistency across all venues.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, coach, and mentor a sales team of approximately 10 venue sales professionalsDrive wedding, corporate event, and social event sales across 8 luxury venuesDevelop and implement sales strategies to maximize bookings and revenueMonitor KPIs, conversion metrics, lead response times, and sales performanceConduct regular one-on-one meetings, training sessions, and performance reviewsEstablish accountability standards and sales processes across all venuesCollaborate with marketing teams to improve lead generation and sales initiativesOversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reportingAssist with high-level client relationships and closing key opportunitiesEnsure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales processRecruit, onboard, and develop future sales talentHelp create a strong sales culture focused on professionalism, urgency, hospitality, and resultsQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in a Director-level or VP-level sales leadership roleProven experience managing and developing a sales teamStrong background in hospitality, weddings, events, venues, hotels, catering, or related industries preferredDemonstrated success driving revenue growth and improving sales performanceExceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple venues, priorities, and personalities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with CRM systems, reporting, and sales analyticsHigh level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detailPreferred ExperienceLuxury wedding or event industry experienceMulti-location sales management experienceExperience managing high-volume lead flow and event sales pipelinesCorporate event sales experience is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesLeadership growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organizationCollaborative and entrepreneurial work environmentLocationDallas–Fort Worth MetroplexSome local travel between venues required.
