Job Description Confidential Opportunity – Enclosure Builder (MIG Welding / Fabrication) Location:Itasca, IL Compensation:$22–$28/hr (up to $30/hr based on experience) + Significant Overtime Schedule:1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM (typical), plus Saturdays as needed Employment Type:Contract-to-Hire (strong long-term potential) Why This Role Stands Out This is not a typical “production welding” job. The Role We’re seeking ahands-on Enclosure Builder / Fabricatorwho takes pride in craftsmanship and precision. This role focuses on buildingcustom industrial enclosuresused in critical infrastructure environments. You’ll work from detailed blueprints to fabricate, fit, and weld structural and sheet metal components—playing a key role in delivering high-quality, engineered systems.
