Surveillance Dual Rate Agent/Technician

Responsibilities:Perform specific surveillance duties in accordance with established procedures, to protect the integrity of the company's operations, as well as the security and well-being of customers, employees, and company assetsReport all illegal and/or unusual activities to the SupervisorOperate all surveillance equipment, including, but not limited to, the network system, monitors, computers, and cameras as assigned. Use of spreadsheets, databases, word processing programs requiredObserve report and record all daily casino and land-based activity using closed circuit television monitors to identify illegal or unusual activities occurring on propertyWork in partnership with the Security Department to ensure protection of customers, employees and company funds and assetsPrepare and complete all daily activity reports and incident reports as required and directed by Surveillance ManagementPerform all duties and follow all instructions assigned by Surveillance ManagementSafeguard all confidential information and maintain department confidentialityMust be able to sit in a quiet environment for extended periods of timeMust be able to visualize distance, color, depth perception and adjust focusKnowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company's internal controls, policies, and proceduresMust be able to lift up to 25lbs; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up and down stairsMust be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke and loud noisesAlways follow the Company Service Standards model.Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.Implements all approved proceduresWill provide guidance and procedural training to operators when requiredMay periodically fill the role of a Lead when requiredWill supervise activities related to surveillance of all gaming operationsReviews and supervises daily activities, reports and all related reports and prepares shift reports for the Director of SurveillanceWill provide supervision for designated shiftWork Environment:The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures.
