Surveillance Officer

Responsibilities:* Perform specific surveillance duties in accordance with established procedures, to protect theintegrity of the company's operations, as well as the security and well-being of customers,employees, and company assets* Report all illegal and/or unusual activities to the Supervisor* Operate all surveillance equipment, including, but not limited to, the network system, monitors,computers, and cameras as assigned. Use of spreadsheets, databases, word processing programsrequired* Observe report and record all daily casino and land-based activity using closed circuit televisionmonitors to identify, illegal or unusual activities occurring on property* Work in partnership with the Security Department to ensure protection of customers, employeesand company funds and assets* Prepare and complete all daily activity reports and incident reports as required and directed bySurveillance ManagementPerform all duties and follow all instructions as assigned by Surveillance ManagementSafeguard all confidential information and maintain department confidentialityMust be able to sit in a quiet environment for extended periods of timeMust be able to visualize distance, color, depth perception and adjust focusKnowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company's internal controls,policies, and procedures* Must be able to lift up to 25lbs; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist andclimb up and down stairsMust be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke and loud noisesAlways follow the Company Service Standards model.Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, andweekends.* Other duties may be assigned at any time.Work Environment:The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures.
